We have known Prue for approximately 12 months since first meeting her on a casual basis while she was conducting open homes at Devon Park. These encounters were very pleasant and refreshing and we were therefor inspired to invite Prue to sell our home for us. We were very pleased when she agreed to this, and we found her to be an absolute treasure to work with.
Prue was helpful and informative in a relaxed and unrushed manner, and she demonstrated her sales ability to bring about a multi-offer on our home. Her patience and thoughtful soft-sell attitude towards the buyers meant she achieved a price that pleased us and left the buyers happy and content with their purchase.
We also observed Prue calmly displaying her professional ethics when dealing with other agents – by firmly and pleasantly guiding them into line, after some had displayed several “less than professional” approaches and attitudes to real estate business at Devon Park.
The phrase ‘poetry in motion’ comes to mind but what I am trying to express is the seamless ease with which this lady has worked between us (as the sellers) and the potential, and eventual, buyers of our home.
